A. What are the requirements?


BPI/BPI Family Bank and BPI Direct Client should:

1. Be a registered user of www.bpiexpressonline.com

2. Have a phone with the following specifications:

A. GPRS and MMS capable and activated*
*To activate, please call your telco provider

B. With at least 170KB free mobile phone memory

C. Accepts Java applications

D. Should have a minimum airtime balance of at least P25.00 (for the initial downloading of the phone applet)

Important Reminder: Downloading of the Mobile Mall requires your phone to be connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or GPRS. Please contact your telco provider for mobile internet rates.


B. How to Register

Step 1: Log-in to www.bpiexpressonline.com

Step 2: Go to Other Services> Express Mobile Registration > Mobile Mall/Commerce

Step 3: Fill-out the registration page.

Mobile Banking via internet is available to you wherever you are any where in the world regardless of your telecommunications provider. Registration form will require you to key-in you country code.

Step 4: Activate your registration.

If you are outside the Philippines, print, sign and mail the form to BPI
If you are within the Philippines, activate using BPI ATM

Step 5: Receive the SMS with the download link

Step 6: Download the link

Step 7: Open the BPI-iCAN Mobile Mall applet on your phone

Step 8: Click ÒActivateÓ

B. How to Download

Quick Tip: Make sure that your phoneÕs GPRS and MMS facility is activated. If you can access the internet sites (example www.yahoo.com, www.facebook.com, www.google.com.ph) then your phoneÕs GPRS facility is activated. If you can receive multimedia (pictures and tones) messages through your phone then your MMS facility is activated.

To activate your GPRS and MMS facility:

For Globe subscribers, text: GO (phone model) send to 2951

For Smart subscribers, text: Set (phone model) send to 211

1. TIME browsing is recommended for downloading the Internet-Based Express Mobile applet on your phone.
